We’re here to create a world where nobody gets left behind.

We want to see a world where accessibility is woven into everything – systems, spaces and everyday actions – ensuring nobody is excluded or left behind, and everyone gets to participate.

We support organisations across the UK to turn that vision into action through training, consultancy and lived experience-led accessibility support.

A group of people sit on a sofa, all with laptops and tablets, they're looking at each other's screens and sharing information. There's a box of pencils on the pouf in front of them. The person in the foreground is wearing yellows and oranges, which is complemented by the yellow watch of another and the yellow cushion in the background. It gives the space a cosy, warm feeling.
Two people stand behind a glass wall covered in orange and blue sticky notes, discussing ideas. One, a white woman with short grey hair, holds a piece of paper and a marker, while the other, a black man with a slightly greying goatee, holds a pencil near their mouth, appearing deep in thought. A plant is visible in the background, and the setting looks like a bright, informal workspace.

Our work turns inclusion from intention into action.

We empower organisations to embed accessibility into their culture, policies and processes through practical training, thoughtful consulting, and hands-on implementation – all delivered by lived experience experts.

We’re the bridge between the
people who want to make change,
and the people who know what
needs to change.

Our Founder

For 30 years, I masked who I was – battling my mental health and trying to fit into systems not built for people like me. I didn’t know why everything felt so difficult all the time. I didn’t know I was neurodivergent.

In 2014, my daughter Valentina was born, and everything changed. She lives with CDKL5, a rare neurological condition that means she needs full-time care. Shortly after birth, she had her first seizure. She can’t walk or talk. And yet, she has an incredible way of being fully herself in a world that often judges and underestimates her.

Learning to support her was like holding up a mirror. In helping her thrive, I also began to confront my own challenges, and realised what I felt my purpose was – to be part of creating a world where no one has to hide to survive.

That’s why I founded Good Access: to build systems, spaces and experiences that don’t leave anyone behind.

My greatest hope is that one day our work won’t be needed – because no one will be excluded. Until then, we’ll keep showing up where we’re needed, for those who need us.

To Valentina – thank you for saving me, helping me rediscover myself, and showing me what real strength looks like. This is all for you.

Our Values

Integrity

We lead with honesty, consistency, and ethics – and we deliver what’s right and what’s needed, not what’s easiest or most profitable. Our work is trauma-informed, people-first and goes beyond minimum standards.

Intentionality

We don’t do things for the sake of it. Everything we do is considered, purposeful, and designed to create meaningful change. We’re not here to overwhelm or impress — we’re here to do what works, for those who need it.

Inclusion

Our work works because everyone’s included in the conversation: organisations, lived experience experts, and the people being excluded. We listen, understand, and create with people, not for them. We’re partners, not preachers.

Impact

Everything we do is about action that creates lasting change. We don’t tick boxes or pay lip service – we shift systems. Our clients see real impact from working with us, changing how they lead, communicate, build and serve.

Ready to turn your good intentions into impact?

Whether you know exactly what needs to change, or aren’t sure where to begin, we’re with you every step of the way on your inclusion journey.
