Two people stand behind a glass wall covered in orange and blue sticky notes, discussing ideas. One, a white woman with short grey hair, holds a piece of paper and a marker, while the other, a black man with a slightly greying goatee, holds a pencil near their mouth, appearing deep in thought. A plant is visible in the background, and the setting looks like a bright, informal workspace.

About Good Access

Accessibility isn’t just one of the services we offer. It’s the reason we exist.

It has become both a strategic business opportunity and a social responsibility to ensure no one is left behind.

Good Access is committed to helping organisations place accessibility at the heart of everything they do, not as an afterthought but as a catalyst for growth, innovation and sustainable success.

By implementing accessible practices, you can shape every interaction, every product, every service, and every employee and customer experience. And here, In Good Access, we want to be your trusted accessibility partner to support your organisation, regardless of wherever you are on that journey.

We’re the bridge between the
people who want to make change,
and the people who know what
needs to change.

Our founder

For 30 years, I masked who I was – battling my mental health and trying to fit into systems not built for people like me. I didn’t know why everything felt so difficult all the time. I didn’t know I was neurodivergent.

In 2014, my daughter Valentina was born, and everything changed. She lives with CDKL5, a rare neurological condition that means she needs full-time care. Shortly after birth, she had her first seizure. She can’t walk or talk. And yet, she has an incredible way of being fully herself in a world that often judges and underestimates her.

Learning to support her was like holding up a mirror. In helping her thrive, I also began to confront my own challenges, and realised what I felt my purpose was – to be part of creating a world where no one has to hide to survive.

That’s why I founded Good Access: to build systems, spaces and experiences that don’t leave anyone behind.

My greatest hope is that one day our work won’t be needed – because no one will be excluded. Until then, we’ll keep showing up where we’re needed, for those who need us.

To Valentina – thank you for saving me, helping me rediscover myself, and showing me what real strength looks like. This is all for you.

What we do

At Good Access, we understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to accessibility. That’s why we offer a comprehensive range of interconnected services within a single delivery model, making it easy to scale accessibility initiatives across teams and throughout organisations of any size, while measuring their impact every step of the way.

Our services include tailored accessibility training, accessibility audits, consultancy and strategy, digital accessibility and inclusive design, coaching, and a range of other specialist programmes.
Every project is led by neurodivergent and disabled professionals with lived experience, delivering practical expertise to the highest professional standards.

Whether working with global corporations or smaller organisations, we adapt our approach to fit each client’s culture, structure and ways of working. We listen first to understand each client’s needs, assess workplaces, design tailored solutions, and deliver practical programmes to embed accessible systems and practices.

Our customers can track and measure the progress of every initiative, gaining clear insight into the value and impact accessibility brings to their people, culture and business performance.

Above all, we see every client as a long-term partner, supporting them throughout their accessibility journey as their organisation continues to grow and evolve.

Who we serve

Organisations that embed accessibility into their culture don’t just create more inclusive environments; they strengthen business performance by attracting and retaining talent, enhancing customer experiences, reducing risk, driving innovation, and building lasting competitive advantage.

To make this a reality, we support private businesses across every sector as well as organisations in the public sector or Healthcare, such as NHS organisations, local authorities, education providers, charities and more.

“Every team member genuinely enjoyed the session, with several colleagues even asking when they can attend the next one. It is rare to see staff so engaged and inspired by professional training.”

Julie Davey, NHS Manager

Our values

Integrity

We lead with honesty, consistency, and ethics – and we deliver what’s right and what’s needed, not what’s easiest or most profitable. Our work is trauma-informed, people-first and goes beyond minimum standards.

Intentionality

We don’t do things for the sake of it. Everything we do is considered, purposeful, and designed to create meaningful change. We’re not here to overwhelm or impress — we’re here to do what works, for those who need it.

Inclusion

Our work works because everyone’s included in the conversation: organisations, lived experience experts, and the people being excluded. We listen, understand, and create with people, not for them. We’re partners, not preachers.

Impact

Everything we do is about action that creates lasting change. We don’t tick boxes or pay lip service – we shift systems. Our clients see real impact from working with us, changing how they lead, communicate, build and serve.

Our impact

Good Access supports organisations across the UK and worldwide to improve accessibility, strengthen inclusion and create lasting change. Our work spans healthcare, local government, charities, education and businesses across all industries.

Accessibility isn’t charity, it’s smart business

In a market where customer expectations, legislation, and workforce dynamics are shifting rapidly, accessibility is no longer optional future-planning. It’s present-day business strategy.
