Autistic employees bring valuable skills, expertise and unique perspectives to organisations. However, workplace environments, communication styles and established ways of working can sometimes create unnecessary barriers that limit their ability to thrive. 

Autism at Work: Understanding, Communication and Support equips managers and leaders with the knowledge, confidence and practical strategies to support autistic employees effectively and build more inclusive workplaces. 

Participants explore communication, sensory experiences, workplace change, social expectations, disclosure, performance and reasonable adjustments, alongside practical approaches to creating environments where autistic employees can perform at their best. 

Moving beyond autism awareness, the course focuses on the practical actions managers can take to create meaningful, lasting change in everyday workplace situations.
