Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Practical strategies for inclusive and high-performing teams

Two people stand behind a glass wall covered in orange and blue sticky notes, discussing ideas. One, a white woman with short grey hair, holds a piece of paper and a marker, while the other, a black man with a slightly greying goatee, holds a pencil near their mouth, appearing deep in thought. A plant is visible in the background, and the setting looks like a bright, informal workspace.

Neurodivergent employees bring valuable skills, perspectives and ways of thinking to organisations, yet workplace practices and environments can unintentionally create barriers that limit their potential.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace is a practical, interactive training course that helps managers, leaders and colleagues better understand neurodiversity and create more inclusive ways of working.

Covering autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia and Tourette syndrome, the course focuses on practical strategies to improve communication, remove barriers and support neurodivergent employees to thrive.

Rather than simply raising awareness, the course focuses on what organisations, managers and colleagues can do differently in practice.
