Workplace Accessibility Training
Accessible Onboarding and Induction
Helping every employee feel welcomed, supported and set up for success

A successful employee experience starts before the first day at work.
Traditional onboarding processes can unintentionally create barriers through inaccessible information, overwhelming induction schedules, unclear expectations, unsuitable environments or delays in putting the right support in place.
Accessible Onboarding and Induction: Helping Every Employee Start Well helps managers, HR and Learning and Development teams create more accessible, inclusive and effective onboarding experiences from the very beginning.
Participants explore the complete onboarding journey: from pre-start communication and preparing for Day 1 through to induction, workplace adjustments, manager support, belonging and the employee’s first 90 days.
The course focuses on designing accessible onboarding processes from the outset, while recognising when individual support and reasonable adjustments are needed to help every employee succeed.
