Introducing Good Access: Our New Identity & Our Future Ambitions

The Good Consulting Company helped us build a strong foundation and create meaningful impact.  Good Access represents the future we are building together.

Every great journey reaches a moment when it’s time to take the next step.

Today marks that moment for us.

After years of proudly serving organisations as The Good Consulting Company, we are excited to introduce our new identity: GoodAccess.org

The GoodAccess.org logo is centred on a light orange background. Decorative quotation marks, stars, and lines appear in the four corners, celebrating the launch of the new brand.

This is much more than a new name or a new logo. It represents the natural evolution of who we are, what we have achieved together, and where we are heading next: We want to be your accessibility partner.

Celebrating how far we have come

When we founded The Good Consulting Company, we had a clear purpose: to help organisations become more inclusive by making accessibility practical, meaningful and impactful.

Since then, we have been privileged to work alongside incredible organisations, dedicated professionals, and an inspiring community of autistic people and people with learning disabilities who have helped shape everything we do.

Together, we have:

  • Delivered more than 1,200 training sessions
  • Trained over 25,000 people
  • Built a network of 180 autistic and learning disabled trainers
  • Maintained 5-star feedback from our clients and learners

One of the achievements we are especially proud of has been delivering the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, helping organisations across the UK build greater understanding, confidence and inclusive practice.

To every client, partner, trainer, colleague and learner who has trusted us along the way: A HUGE THANK YOU. Everything we have accomplished has been possible because of you!

Why we are changing our name

As we reflected on our journey, one thing became increasingly clear. While consultancy remains an important part of what we do, it no longer captures the full breadth of our work.

Today, we partner with organisations to embed accessibility across every aspect of their work —from workplace culture and digital accessibility to inclusive communications, training, leadership and strategy.

We are helping organisations create environments where disabled and neurodivergent people can thrive, while strengthening the experience of employees, customers and communities alike.

In short, we have become something much bigger.

We have become an accessibility partner

Why GoodAccess.org?

Accessibility is no longer something organisations can afford to treat as an afterthought.

It touches every interaction, every product, every service, every employee and every customer

Accessibility doesn’t take turns. It’s everywhere, all year long.

Organisations that embed accessibility aren’t just meeting expectations —they’re building stronger businesses. They are attracting and retaining talented people, creating better customer experiences, reducing risk, driving innovation and positioning themselves as leaders in their industries.

Accessibility has become both a social responsibility and a strategic business opportunity.

As organisations across the UK and around the world increasingly recognise this, we wanted a name that reflects our purpose clearly and confidently.

That’s why we are becoming GoodAccess.org

Because accessibility isn’t just one of the services we offer. It’s the reason we exist

The next chapter

While our name is changing, the things that matter most are staying exactly the same:

  • The people.
  • The expertise.
  • The values.
  • The mission.
  • The commitment to accessibility.

We will continue delivering the high-quality Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training that so many organisations trust.

At the same time, we will continue expanding the ways we help organisations build accessibility into everything they do. Whether that is accessible communications, inclusive design, digital accessibility, workplace inclusion, policy development, leadership or organisational strategy, our mission remains unchanged:

To help organisations become leaders in accessibility and inclusion

Stay tuned for updates on our website as we prepare to unveil our expanded range of services, designed to help every organisation achieve its goals by embedding accessibility into its culture, practices, and everyday operations.

Looking beyond borders

Our new name also reflects another exciting milestone: GoodAccess.org is built for growth not only across the UK, but internationally!

The challenges organisations face are increasingly global, and accessibility is becoming a defining characteristic of forward-thinking organisations everywhere.

We want to be the trusted accessibility partner that supports organisations wherever they are on that journey.

Thank you for being part of our story

The Good Consulting Company helped us build a strong foundation and create meaningful impact.

GoodAccess.org represents the future we are building together

It is a future where accessibility isn’t viewed as a compliance exercise, but as an opportunity to create better workplaces, better products, better services and better experiences for everyone

We are incredibly proud of everything we have achieved so far. And we are even more excited about what is still to come!
